We worked with a small catering business to help them overcome a monumental end-of-year challenge: to get the company’s finances in shape and submitted in a very short time frame.
Every part this business was bubbling along nicely, except the back office: with two partners busily rattling the pans there was no time left in the day to focus on the admin. To make matters worse, the accountant had left them in the lurch, and neglected to hand over accurate financial records.
We worked fast to build a solution to last, rather than a quick fix: we helped the lads get their finances into order using a stable, simple online system. We taught them how to use it, making it easy to gain an up-to-date position on things like cashflow and profits, which they can now manage by themselves.
A huge headache has disappeared, freeing the boys to focus on what they do best: making awesome food.
